Megan Boland was born in Beloit, KS. She is a photographer from Osawatomie and Osborne, KS. She lives in Osborne, KS at the moment. She received her BFA from Kansas State University. She has always been interested in art but got into photography after taking a class in high school. That is when her photography first got noticed and attracted attention.

She has learned so much and grown as a photographer thanks to her college and field experience. She is a natural light photographer which means most of her photos are taken outside in the sun or using natural light inside. She does do studio work but prefers to shoot with natural light.
